If you decide to make an online reservation on our website, you
will be linked to a Booking Engine provided by our partner.
Our payments are collected and processed securely by Paypal or Stripe.
Payments can be made securely by card (credit or debit) or processed via user Paypal account.
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable on arrival date.
If your stay is within 7 days of arrival date, the full balance is payable at time of booking.
Failure to pay balance as above may result in your reservation being cancelled and the room opened to another guest. This
will be at managements discretion.
PLEASE NOTE – A £50 damage deposit may be requested on arrival. (this will be returned asap, providing everything is in order following check out inspection) This will be at managements discretion on arrival.
If you require to cancel a reservation for any reason, you must notify us by telephone / email and confirm the cancellation in writing.
We have a non refundable cancellation policy. Dates can be moved up to a year from booking date or deposit will be lost.
Arrivals & Departure
Standard Check-in times are from 4pm to 6pm. Check-out time is 10:30am.
Any arrival or departure outside of the above must be organised and agreed prior.
Out of high season, if the property is vacant prior to arrival, or after your departure, we are very happy for you to alter the arrival or departure times by previous arrangement.
The tenant will use the accommodation for private residential holiday purposes only.
All prices are inclusive of electricity and heating. Misuse of either may be charged separately.
All prices include cleaning upon departure, assuming that the accommodation is left in a reasonable order.
The tenant will be responsible for the repair or replacement of any breakages, loss or damage and shall leave the property in a clean neat and tidy condition.
No responsibility is accepted by the proprietors for any loss, damage or injury to the person(s) or property (including vehicles, accessories and contents) whilst within the confines of the Complex or whilst the tenant or any member of the party is engaged in any activity, or any illness arising from and cause whatsoever.
We consider ourselves as the perfect relaxing get away for all guests, therefore we strictly prohibit any parties and loud noise that may cause any upset to guests in neighbouring accommodation after 11pm. Smoking is not allowed inside all pods or the apartments. Guests must properly clean and put away all dishes as they were on arrival.
All used towels to be placed in shower prior to departure to allow for housekeeping changeover.
The Glamping Village is strictly Residents ONLY.
While dogs are strictly prohibited at The Glamping Village & The ‘Beach House’ , house-trained dogs ‘may’ be allowed in The Studio Apartment. A request must be made and accepted prior to arrival. Dogs are strictly not allowed on furniture. Please be advised that a damage deposit may be requested, and a cleaning fee will apply.
Dogs are allowed the Complex however MUST be kept on a lead at ALL times. Any dog foul must be lifted by the owner and disposed safely in the bins provided.
The hot tub is exclusive to the Pod ‘Binevenagh Hideaway’ guests only and cannot be booked in advance.
The hot tub is available for unlimited use between the hours of 10:30am and 9:00pm, except during cleaning cycle.
Hot tub is to be used at guests own risk. Please consult with your doctor if you have any medical conditions that would prohibit use of a hot tub.
Fake tan is strictly prohibited in the hot tub. If a guest enters hot tub wearing fake tan, there will be a fixed cleaning fee of £50 that must be paid immediately.
Glass wear is not allowed. Plastic glasses will be provided.
Towels for use whilst in the hot tub are provided at no extra cost.
Any additional cleaning that may be required upon your check out for whatever reason may be charged separately (i.e. if the pod or apartment is left in an untidier than normal or unreasonable state)
A fee of £25 per stay is also applicable if you require any additional bedding to those already within the property.
Travel cots for small children are available at no extra cost however you must bring your own bedding and pillow for your child as these aren’t supplied for hygiene reasons.
Travel Cots are not provided in the Glamping Village.
The Chill & Grill BBQ Hut
The BBQ Hut is open from 10am- 10pm.
Fuel for the BBQ is CHARCOAL Only! We can provide this on site for £5 per bag.
The BBQ Hut is for Pod Residents ONLY.
Kids must be under adult supervisor at all times.
